Whanganui Squash Clubs Kent Darlington proved he was a true master of the court when he took his 4th consecutive masters title and 5th in 6 years, with only missing the title in 2017 due to injury and not being able to compete.

The 2021 New Zealand Secondary Schools were hosting by Devoy in Tauranga last week from 5th - 8th August and Central had several teams represent well, and 3 players named for the New Zealand Squads.
The 2021 Junior Prince Series wrapped up on Sunday 8th August at Squashgym Palmerston North. The very popular J grade series has seen big numbers this year with over 152 players entered from all over the Central region. The 2021 series had 16 rounds at clubs from as far south as Tararua up to North Taranaki and everywhere in between. The series is a fantastic introduction to competitive squash for juniors and many representative players have come through it and gone onto Junior reps then senior reps and even New Zealand representative.
