Terms and Conditions: Caption This Photo Competition

 

Competition Details:

  • The "Caption This Photo" competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition") is organized by Central Squash, and is open to all participants who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below.

 

Competition Period:

  • The Competition begins on 7 November 2023 and ends on 12 November 2023 at 5:00 PM.

 

Entry Requirements:

  • To enter the Competition, participants must: 
    1. Like and follow the Squash Central Facebook page. 
    2. Find the designated competition post on the Squash Central Facebook page. 
    3. Leave a creative and original caption in the comments section of the competition post.

 

Winner Selection:

  • Central Squash will select three (3) winners with the best captions as judged by a panel of judges nominated from the committee.
  • The winners will be announced on the Central Squash Facebook page on 13 November 2023.

 

Prizes:

  • Each of the three (3) winners will receive two (2) tickets to the Festival of Squash in Tauranga, New Zealand.  Tickets up for grabs are for 5th and 11th December 2023.

 

General Terms and Conditions:

  • By entering the Competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Central Squash reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
  • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • Central Squash is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses associated with attending the Festival of Squash.
  • The winners will be notified via Facebook and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prizes. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the selection of an alternate winner.
  • The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions set by the Festival of Squash, and winners are responsible for complying with those terms.
  • Central Squash reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition or these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
